May Fitness Tip

A New Feature:  I am including fitness tips from my fitness coach Bryan at
Intensity=Power, Intensity=Results
Intensity is the independent variable most commonly associated with “getting
results”.  If you are not seeing the results you are looking for this is one
of the easiest places to start other than diet.  I recommend hiring a
trainer or joining a group class.  This is an investment in your health and
the rewards of feeling and looking good are priceless.
