Health Coaching: Journey To Health
Together, we conduct an Initial Assessment to create a custom plan for improving your health, and then we monitor your progress as you implement it for a period of 2 weeks before coming back for a follow-up session.
This is a tailored, individual plan to optimal health that usually starts with nutrition to build the foundation, and often includes suggested daily practices for as exercise, meditation, breath work, and reflection. We create the ideal plan for you and help you implement it in a simple step-by-step process.
After 2 weeks of implementing your plan, we’ll have a follow-up to see how things are going and to record any changes and improvements in your overall health.
